FINAL SOLUTION
There have been many attempts at finding a final solution to world problems throughout history, but success has been elusive. Many people today aren't familiar with the most recent attempt by Germany's Hitler. That attempt created World War II, and caused the death of millions of people worldwide. Presently we have an Arab organization making an attempt to establish a caliphate. That would place a religiously strict Muslim in charge of the world. The strange thing about the failure to establish a final solution is that the procedure is clearly pointed out, but no one will follow the guidelines. Carnal man has a very big ego.
We'll go right to scripture to see what God has to say about His world and the steps to a final solution. The puzzling thing about this seeming dilemma is that virtually none of our political or church leaders seem to understand God's Word. Yet most of them proclaim they are practicing Christians. We begin in Matt. 5:17-20. These passages are somewhat lengthy, but we need to understand the "finality" they explain. Jesus tells us, "Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these
commandments, and TEACHES MEN SO, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means ENTER THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN."
If you are familiar with Matt. chapter 23, you see Christ had a great deal of criticism for the scribes and Pharisees. He told the people to listen to the leaders concerning the Law, but not to do the works of the leaders who themselves didn't follow the Law. Christ assures the people the Ten Commandments are still in effect, and He came only to complete God's directions and offer eternal life.
Now we go to John 12:47 and 48. Christ warns us, "And if anyone hears My words and does not believe, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. He who REJECTS Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him---the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day." Think carefully about these scriptures. Christ doesn't have to judge you. No one does. You judge yourself by your heartfelt action of believing or not believing. The kingdom of heaven is not a membership club where anyone gains admission from anyone else. Your membership comes from your belief AND the evidence
you exhibit in FOLLOWING the Law and the TEACHING of Christ in the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.

Digesting these scriptures is not easy, especially the information about scribes and Pharisees in the kingdom of heaven. If they are not
performing
as they should, how do they get into the kingdom of heaven?
There are two key words that give us the answer. The first is
belief. If these public or religious officials actually believe in Christ, they
have their sins covered and qualify for everlasting life. If they do not
teach Christ's directives, they are committing a sin. They may very
well believe, but do not have the strength of character to "defy" the
popular desires of the people. Therefore, they may not teach what they
practice. It's amusing that this answer is opposite of the common charge
of "you don't practice what you teach."
If you aren't careful to do a minimum amount of research about what you hear from political and church leaders, you may find yourself in spiritual trouble. Most leaders got to be leaders through a social climb that didn't include the teaching in the gospels. That is true for pastors and other church leaders. If you can be successful by going with the flow, so be it. If you simply take the easy way out, you are agreeing with the "pitch" you accepted, whether in politics or the church. Your problem with the church arises because, as a Christian, you have a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with the Savior. This makes it a critical situation. Christ gives you eternal life. He expects you to apply yourself to His directions. You need to get to know your pastor personally. I've heard big name preachers such as Joel Osteen and his wife, and they don't even know or understand simple scripture. They teach God wants you to enjoy yourself and have a good time. I hear none of Christ's teaching. Today I read a priest's description of the Christmas story. He wrote that shepherds were homeless people and the bottom classification of society. He wrote when they sought shelter in inclement weather they would sleep on bales of
hay in a shed or barn. I'm not fooling, friends. I kept his column to display. The real story follows:
Most shepherds were not homeless, but part of extended families who owned the sheep. Don't take my word for it. Look it up in 1 Sam., chapter 17. King David, as a younger brother in his family, was assigned the task of a shepherd. He was not poor or homeless. He killed the Philistine giant. The sheep were on open range without fences or barns. The shepherds lived in the open, like some of our cowboys on western ranges. They didn't have hay balers in biblical days. In fact, American pioneers didn't have hay balers. This priest is seriously lacking an education. If you can't get something as simple as the Christmas story right, I would shudder at the Christian teaching. I've given you examples of both Protestant and Catholic teaching that is not scriptural. Know your teacher. Study scripture, don't just read it. Ask questions; don't be a pest, but seek answers.
So, we still haven't identified the final solution. You must know it's in scripture or I wouldn't be writing this message. First, look at Matt. 24:15-31. Here Christ describes the tribulation which is the forerunner of the final solution. There will be no peace on earth as long as human rulers lead the way. We are told in Genesis 16:11-12 that Hagar was told, "And the Angel of the Lord said to her: Behold, you are with child, And you shall bear a son. You shall call his name Ishmael, Because the Lord has heard your affliction. He shall be a WILD MAN, his hand shall be against every man, And every man's hand against him. And he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren." This is the Word of God, as John 1:1 declares, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word WAS God." Isn't that clear enough? Do our political leaders and pastors really believe in Christianity, or is it a smoke screen to give them money and power? Do you and they believe the Word? God said Ishmael's descendants (They are the many Arab nations) would NEVER have peace.
The only way to bring about peace is through the power of the Holy Spirit, and our leaders don't have the belief and confidence in Christ to entrust the task to Him. Only God knows how to do this, but He permits men to try their futile ways. As long as mainstream Christians don't require political and religious leaders to follow Christ, there is one FINAL SOLUTION. It's no secret. All you have to do is study the book of Revelation. Man won't solve the problem because people will not selectively choose leaders politically and in church. There's lots of blame they'll pass around, and that goes for both political parties and uninformed pastors and church leaders. Carefully and slowly study the four gospels, and you'll see that Christ's people will be oppressed because there will be wholesale violation of Christ's Eleventh Commandment as well as false witness (lies and rumors). Interestingly, those doing the oppression will include those who loudly proclaim they
are devout and faithful Christians. Remember the key words: belief, and evidence. You are responsible for you. No one else is. Your belief and evidence are your admission to everlasting life and a position for the faithful in the kingdom of heaven.
